Prep Time: 15 min.   Cook Time: 35 min.   Yields: 12 servings

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup sour cream
• 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1 jar (14 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
• 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
• 1 cup chopped red pepper
• salt and pepper to taste

TOPPING

• 1 ¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
• ¼ cup melted butter

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Stir all dip ingredients together and salt and pepper to your family’s taste.
3. Pour into an 8″ x 8″ glass dish.
4. Mix the bread crumbs with the melted butter and sprinkle on top of the dip mixture.
5. Bake for 35 minutes.
6. Serve with corn chips, crackers, or veggies.
