If I subscribe to HomeFront Print, what issue will I start with?

If you place your order before the 8th of the month, you will receive your first issue of HomeFront at the beginning of the following month. If you place your order after the 8th of the month, you will receive your first issue for the month after the following month (e.g., if you subscribe on January 21st, your first issue will be March).

If it’s been more than 45 days and you’ve yet to receive your first issue, contact us and we’ll get you squared away.

I’d like a back issue, what should I do?

Grab a digital back issue from our store! Or grab a digital bundle!

What is a digital bundle?

We took our favorite articles from the HomeFront archives and bundled them together based on a particular theme. For example: Marriage, Family Time Recipes, Kid’s in the Kitchen, God’s Word. Looking for more? Visit the digital bundle store!

How do I manage/cancel my print subscription?

To change quantities or to cancel your auto-renewal status, please log into the My Account page to manage your current subscription(s). If you have any questions, please contact us.

What is your return/exchange/refund policy?

Sorry, we do not accept any unused copies as returns or exchanges or offer partial refunds on unused portions of a subscription.

Can I do a one-time bulk order?

Yes! We always offer bulk print ordering for next month’s issue. Keep in mind, in order to receive the next month’s issue you must place your order no later than the 10th of the preceding month, otherwise your order will be delayed one month.

Can I get a gift subscription?

If you want to gift a print subscription, simply specify the recipient in the shipping address.

If you want to gift a digital product: we offer digital gift vouchers which can be emailed.

Do you offer tax-exemption?

Sorry, we don’t.
